love for collor

When I was a kid I always wanted to be black.
Is that funny?
I thought they were so pretty and so much cooler.
I just LOVE colored people I guess... I think they have a great personality, they produce my favorite type of music, they smile much more than white people and they love eating chicken as much as Ceesie does.
Another thing that I love about them is that they are always the first ones on the dance floor and showing of there great feeling of rhythm.
I honestly think that I was black in my past life.

  3. NAACP stands for National Association for the Advancement of "Colored People". No one is trying to change the name of this organization because it contains the phrase "Colored People" ....they obviously do not think that the phrase "colored people" is racist .....so give CC a break.

  10. There are a lot of white people who find black people very attractive for whatever reason. I do. The term "colored" is old, nowadays its African American, but it is true, a lot of white people find black people attractive, just as there are black people who like white people.

  12. It is just that it says things about black people that in American History have been stereotypical traits and that do not sound good in English. For instance, like a Jewish stereotype in Europe.

  13. if someone likes chicken, it has nothing to do with the clour of their skin. the same goes for dancing.

  15. I think cessie your so open and maybe that has to with the fact that you are from Belgium with is infused with people with different cultures. People be open en love one another. Whether that is black, yellow, purple, white people, we all are people that have the same needs. GO ONE CESSIE SPEAK YOUR MIND AND LET NO ONE STOP YOU IN WHAT YOUR DOING!!!

  17. Please, there is no need to be embarrassed!!!

I think, if you are, you don't understand what he means.
This has nothing to do with racism.
It's just that he loves people but he used the wrong words.

  20. Erm, Anonymous June 29 have you been to Belgium? It is NOT a multiracial utopia, believe me. Cesar's comments definitely seem like they came from a place of love but the fact that he used the term "coloured people" and talked about how "they love chicken" suggests that he probably doesn't know all that many. Any more coloureds want to volunteer to be his friend should do so quick smart.

  26. Every line of this is racist and clearly comes from a person ignorant of other races and racism, and blind to their white privilege. "When I was a kid I always wanted to be black." White people would love to embody their idealized and extremely racist stereotypes of black people (i.e., being "pretty" and "cool") but don't want and cannot even imagine all of the other things that go along with being black (or any other race that is not white), i.e., institutionalized racism and stereotyping exactly like what Cesar is doing here. You cannot make such statements about such large groups of people. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE SAME. And the fact that you think they are shows that you really do not know many black people. If you did you would know that they do not all black people have personalities you would get along with (because they are not all the same person). They don't all smile all the time, love eating chicken, love dancing, have rhythm.. Because THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENCE. So typical of white people to be like, "I think I was black in my past life," and not even consider the racism that they would've experienced had they actually been born black. This post is absolutely ridiculous.
