Feeling healthy means something different to everyone. Whether you're obsessed with sculpting your muscles down the gym, run for hours on a treadmill or swim 50 laps in a swimming pool. I think that working on your body has never been hotter then before. Maybe it all started because of my job, but I just LOVE to workout. I sometimes have the feeling that I workout a little TOO much, maybe I got bit by the fitbug? It's even so bad that when I don't do any exercise for 2 days I feel fat, unhealthy and extremely lazy. And I have to say that spending some time in Sydney doesn’t really help my "sports addiction". People here are obsessed with working on there body and being in shape. Surfing, jogging, swimming,... all day everyday, that's the spirit here down under!
