Fitbug

Feeling healthy means something different to everyone. Whether you're obsessed with sculpting your muscles down the gym, run for hours on a treadmill or swim 50 laps in a swimming pool. I think that working on your body has never been hotter then before. Maybe it all started because of my job, but I just LOVE to workout. I sometimes have the feeling that I workout a little TOO much, maybe I got bit by the fitbug? It's even so bad that when I don't do any exercise for 2 days I feel fat, unhealthy and extremely lazy. And I have to say that spending some time in Sydney doesn’t really help my "sports addiction". People here are obsessed with working on there body and being in shape. Surfing, jogging, swimming,... all day everyday, that's the spirit here down under!

  2. I definitely can relate to you. When I don't exercise for two days I feel guilty and useless. I like to do strength training with light dumbbells and some cardio. I think exercise should just be a normal part of life but it shouldn't be overdone. Too much exercise can lead to Adrenal Fatigue which a lot of people have and they don't even know about it. Our bodies are amazing because they will go as far as we push them. Sometimes there are consequences though. People should definitely do more strength training over cardio. We all will get older and our bones and muscles won't be as strong. However with strength training we can really increase our strength and health in general. Just a little fyi for those who are afraid of strength training (girls) or don't see it as something important to do.
