New Hair - New style

It feels like summer is here : the birds are whistling, the fruit shops are selling strawberries and it's 18 degrees Celsius outside.

And when it's summer Ceesie always tries to change a little something, to get a personal 'summer look'.

So I was thinking, why wait till summer?

And with that question in mind I went to my hairdresser back home (the same one since I was 8 years old) to get myself a new haircut.

Marching powder

Ceesie just finished reading a great and unforgettable book: Marching powder.

The book is about a drug smuggler who was arrested in Bolivia and thrown inside the notorious San Pedro prison.

The story is just C-R-A-Z-Y, especially when you know it's all real!

Sometimes shocking, sometimes funny, Marching Powder is an always riveting story of survival.

Juicy Smoothie

It's spring and sunny and Ceesie is loving it!
I bought myself a new juice book, full of new recipes to get me through the hot summer days that are coming my way.

Here are a few favorites of the juice master himself:

Breakfast smoothie:

1/2 pineapple, peeled

2 handfuls of blueberries (or any other berries)

4tbsp non fat yogurt

handful of soaked almonds

1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup.

Nerve calmer:

1/2 fennel

2 granny smith apples

1/2 inch root fresh ginger

handful of ice

Green Power Smoothie:

1/2 cucumber

2 sticks celery

2 granny smiths

1 inch fresh ginger

2 cups of fresh spinach leaves

1/2 small pineapple, peeled

1/2 lemon juice

flesh of 1 ripe avocado

One handful of ice

Juice everything apart from the avocado and ice. Pour the juice into a blender along with the ice and avocado and give a good whiz. Pour into a glass and enjoy. It's almost like a meal in a glass.

Ceesie is in London and is LOVIN it!

I was never such a big fan of the British city but I have to say it all changed.

I'm here a week now and I'm slowly loving the city more and more.

I just think it's a little to big and to spread out, especially when your doing castings all the time. I'm spending more time underground then above. lol

I also still need to get used about the fact that people are driving on the other side of the road...

I got almost hit 8 times!!! H-E-L-P!!

I forgot to tell you guys about the fantastic shoot I had with one of the biggest and sexiest TOP-models in the world: Miss Karolina Kurkova.

The woman is A-mazing. She's super professional, very friendly and extremely beautiful, in one word: a supermodel!

Ceesie was 24 hours in Milan and I don't think I'll forget my short trip very fast.

From the moment I left the airport I saw myself EVERYWHERE.

I'm just ALL over Milan. HA!

Ceesie is on every bus, phone booth, bus stop and billboard.

It felt kind of strange to spot yourself everywhere, but I also loved it, if I'm honest. ;-)

New York I miss You

Im now 10 days back in Europe and my missing for my favorite city is already starting...

A thing that I like about NYC is that everybody comes to NYC but nobody is actually from NYC, most of the people who live in the big apple come from another place.

Everybody goes to NY to make it there, cause like our good old Frank once said: If I can make it there, I can make it anywhere.

anyway...

Ceesie is now in Europe and traveling like crazy AGAIN. Belgium -> Paris-> Milan -> London ->....

Don't know when I'll be back in the city I love.

I think being 22 years YOUNG is the best age to be.

You're not a teenager anymore, you're not 21 and you're not yet 25. LOL

I don't know if I have to be scared to turn old.

I'm just scared to be unable to walk, see or hear very well and that my skin will start hanging and get wrinkly.

I wish I could stay this age for ever and ever!

Yesterday I was watching some television and I was kind of shocked by the fact how nowadays videoclips look.

Back in the days people were already shocked when a women showed her ankle or her wrist. Now, nobody is even shocked if you see a naked tit showing up on the TV-screen.

Normal? I don't know. I guess sex sells?

Those Hip- Hop videos are just all about bare skin, booty shakin', pussy poppin' and showing some naked boobies. Where is the respect for the women? Even though I'm a HUGE hip hop lover for Ceesie it's all getting a little to much.

Every time I see a girl dancing in front of the camera with nothing else then a little "piece" of clothes on I start wondering where's she from? How do her parents feel about that? I mean... HELLO, you do have a family girl.

It's just so weird to me cause Americans are among the most reluctant people in the world to talk about sex, except in the context of humor and entertainment.

Anyway... what I wanna say is that I'm a little concerned that we are all getting a little TO used to nudity in the media, where is this gonna end?
