When I'm back home in Belgium I always go train with my favorite personal trainer, Joachim Massinon, Ceesie is a client for almost 3 years now and LOVES it.
A personal trainer is great cause it helps you do the right exercises and helps you push your limits.
We always do a 45 minute workout class ( 2-3 times a week) where we mix everything together: abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders,... I feel great after the workout and I have the feeling I've burned 1000 times more calories then when I train on myself.
